Ecommerce automation in Elbuz: rules react to orders and statuses, scheduled workflows load supplier price lists and push products to marketplaces, and ready-made CRM workflows find what got stuck in sales.

You set the event, the condition and the command once, and the rule then works without you.
An order comes in from the store, and the customer gets an email right away.
An invoice is not paid on time: the reminder goes out every day until the payment date is entered.
An employee moves the order to the status you chose, and at that moment the customer gets an SMS.
The order is ready to ship: the shipping document with the same lines is created by itself.
Several operations as one chain: by click, on a schedule or on an event.
How supplier prices get into the system: dropshipping automation; export to Amazon: Amazon integration.
Every day they find what got stuck in sales and put a suggestion in AI Pulse: a person accepts or rejects it.
A week without movement: at 9:00 the owner of the deal gets a suggestion to schedule a follow-up.
After 4 hours, a lead from chat or email is suggested to the least busy sales manager.
The team lead gets a task with “High” priority.
Every Monday the AI prepares personal emails to customers who have not bought for a long time.
You do not have to open the workflow editor.
A rule in plain words, such as “if a deal has not moved for 5 days, remind the sales manager”, becomes a workflow: the AI assistant explains what it will do and saves it in one click. The previous version stays in the history.
Who else works by your rules: AI agents. What business process automation is in general: blog article.
Recurring store work running by itself under fixed rules, without anyone starting it. In Elbuz a rule consists of an event, a condition and an action, and several operations can be chained into a scheduled workflow.
Almost all daily routine: loading supplier price lists and updating prices, exporting products to your store and marketplaces, emails and SMS to customers when an order changes, creating documents and tasks, calling external services. On top of that, ready-made CRM workflows run every day: they look for stalled deals, overdue follow-ups, customers without an owner and inactive buyers, and put suggestions in AI Pulse.
No. A rule has three parts (event, condition and action) and is built in an editor without code. You can also describe a workflow to the AI assistant in plain words, such as “if a deal has not moved for 5 days, remind the sales manager”: it builds it, you read the explanation and confirm.
Eleven commands: send an email or SMS, set a task, create or change a contact, document or organisation, call an external service with an HTTP request and start a workflow. Field values are set as fixed values or by a formula the app calculates for each record.
Turn it on first with a narrow condition for one document and look at the operations log: it lists every command run and the reason if one failed. The rules map flags rules without a condition, without actions or with a possible loop, so you see the mistake before a rule writes hundreds of emails.
With what takes the most time every day: usually supplier price lists and price updates in the store and on marketplaces. A scheduled “price lists → catalog → export” chain takes that work off your hands. Then come status messages to customers and the ready-made CRM workflows. Elbuz support moves your data from another program or website for free.
Automation is not sold separately: it is part of the Elbuz plan, which starts at €87 a month and depends on the number of products and users. The first 14 days are free, and you get €50 on your balance after sign-up. See pricing.
