What we move

Store migration to Elbuz covers more than the catalog: customers, orders and page URLs come along.

Products

With attributes, images, prices and stock — from your old website or from a file.

Categories

Catalog sections together with their products.

Customers

Through the API or from an Excel or CSV file, without duplicates.

Orders

Through the API from Shopify, WooCommerce and marketplaces; from OpenCart and Magento with the Elbuz Tunnel module.

Page URLs

Old URLs point to the new ones with 301 redirects, so your Google rankings stay in place.

Which platforms you can move from

A hosted platform, an open-source CMS, a website builder or a marketplace account.

Who does the migration

You do not move anything by hand: Elbuz support does it, free of charge.

Keep your Google rankings

A platform migration should not cost you traffic.

Old URLs point to the new ones with 301 redirects, and a product URL does not change when you edit the product name. Pages that no longer exist return a 410 code, so search engines stop waiting for them.

You do not have to move

Supplier price lists, pricing, stock, product content, orders, the CRM and marketplace listings also work with your current website: the Elbuz Tunnel module or the API sends products to it.

Ecommerce migration: frequently asked questions

How long does an ecommerce migration take?

It depends on the size of the catalog and what needs to move, so we do not promise an exact date. You do not move anything by hand: Elbuz support moves products, customers, orders and stock free of charge. A store on Elbuz CMS is created with one button, so you can pick a design while the data is being moved.

Can I move orders and customers?

Yes. Orders come through the API from Shopify, WooCommerce and marketplaces, and from an OpenCart or Magento store with the Elbuz Tunnel module. Customers can also be loaded from an Excel or CSV file without duplicates. Elbuz support does all of this free of charge.

Will my store lose its Google rankings?

It should not, as long as old URLs point to the new ones: Elbuz has 301 redirects for that, and a product URL does not change when you edit the product name. Pages that no longer exist can return a 410 code, so search engines stop waiting for them.

Can I keep my website and connect Elbuz?

Yes, you do not have to move. Supplier price lists, pricing, stock, product content, orders, the CRM and marketplace listings work with your current store on WooCommerce, PrestaShop, OpenCart, Shopify or another CMS: the Elbuz Tunnel module or the API sends products to it.
