Rules for using elbuz.com: what you may do here, what you may not, and what we do not promise. These are not the terms of the Elbuz system itself — those live in the license agreement.
Effective 29 August 2026.
What these terms cover, and what they do not
The distinction matters, because the documents serve different purposes.
| These terms | use of elbuz.com: reading articles, the user guide and pricing, sending a sign-up request |
| License agreement | use of the Elbuz system itself: rights, payment, support, liability of the parties |
| Privacy policy | what data we collect and what we do with it |
If these terms and the license agreement ever disagree about the system itself, the agreement prevails.

What you may do here
Read, study, use. In particular you may:
- read the articles, the user guide, feature descriptions and pricing;
- send a request to sign up for the system;
- write to us through the contact form or the chat;
- rate guide articles and leave an explanation of your rating;
- quote our material with a link to the source — a short excerpt, not a whole article;
- save pages for your own use, including printing them.
No orders are placed through this site. Prices and currencies on the pricing page are shown for orientation; the purchase itself happens outside the site, under the license agreement.
What you may not do
- Copy material in full — articles, the guide, images and video — to republish on your own or someone else's resource without our written permission.
- Present our material as your own, including stripping the attribution.
- Crawl the site automatically in a way that creates load: bulk page harvesting, many parallel downloads, circumventing rate limits. Search engine robots that respect
robots.txtare welcome. - Attempt to reach closed parts of the site, other people's accounts or service data; guess passwords; probe for vulnerabilities without our invitation.
- Interfere with the site: send malicious code, overload services, tamper with requests.
- Use the forms and the chat for distribution of advertising, spam and links to third-party resources.
If you have found a vulnerability, please write to support@elbuz.com rather than publish it. We will look into it and we will thank you.
Who owns the material on the site
The texts, images, video, diagrams, design and code of the site belong to the site owner or are used with the rights holders' permission. The Elbuz name and logo are our marks.
Reading the site grants you no rights to this material beyond those named under “What you may do here”.
What you write
When you leave an explanation with an article rating, write in the chat or send us a message, you give us a text we may use to correct and extend the documentation. We do not publish your messages as separate material and we do not name authors.
You are responsible for what you send. Do not send other people's personal data, trade secrets, or anything you have no rights to.
Links to other sites
Articles sometimes link to third-party resources — service documentation, marketplaces, research. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they treat your data. Following such a link takes you off our site.
What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it available and the material accurate, but:
- we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: there are updates, failures and circumstances on our providers' side;
- we do not guarantee that every article is always current: the program evolves, and time passes between a change in it and a fix in the text. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of user guide articles;
- the material is not advice — legal, tax or accounting. Examples in the articles describe how the program behaves, not your particular situation.
If you find an inaccuracy, please tell us. User guide articles carry a “report an error” link, and we do read those.
Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. This concerns the site itself: liability for the operation of the Elbuz system is set by the license agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. A new version applies from the date shown at the top. Material changes are announced on the site. If you keep using the site after a new version takes effect, you are taken to agree with it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. A dispute that correspondence failed to settle is heard at the place of registration of the site owner.
If you are a consumer and the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there, this rule does not limit you.

Elbuz Team
Copywriter ElbuzWe build Elbuz, an e-commerce automation platform: price list imports, product matching, pricing rules, and marketplace exports. Our guides are written from the product's source code: the developer who built a feature drafts the article, and a separate reviewer checks every claim against the code. We write about the software we design and maintain ourselves.
