Listings from your catalog
Offers come in with title, description, manufacturer, EAN, price, stock, category and photos from the Kaufland product page. Product data is kept once in the product catalog (PIM) and goes to every channel.

Kaufland integration connects your Kaufland Global Marketplace account with two API keys: offers and orders come into Elbuz, orders reserve stock, and prices and stock go back to each storefront.

Six jobs that otherwise happen by hand in the Kaufland seller account.
Offers come in with title, description, manufacturer, EAN, price, stock, category and photos from the Kaufland product page. Product data is kept once in the product catalog (PIM) and goes to every channel.
Your categories are mapped once to the Kaufland category tree, and attributes to its required fields. A product that misses a required field is shown before export, not after a rejection. New offers are published by EAN onto an existing Kaufland product page. They need a barcode of at least 8 digits and a shipping group ID; the VAT rate is set in the export template.
Each export template takes its own price or calculates it by formula — for example your base price plus a markup that covers the Kaufland commission. The catalog and your website keep their own prices. Markup rules.
Prices and stock go back in batches of up to 150 items, and the log shows how many were accepted. A product with an empty or zero price would go out at €0.01, so check the export selection for products without a price before the first run. Stock comes from your warehouses and supplier price lists.
The first run brings the order history, later runs only the changes. An order reserves stock once you post it in Elbuz and releases it on a final status. From there they are processed like any other order — see order management.
Marketplace order statuses map to your own Elbuz statuses, and shipping details stay on the order. Storefronts: Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia and Poland. One template per storefront, all in one catalog.
Kaufland does not need a separate product database: it takes products from the catalog you already keep.
The same catalog also feeds your website, other marketplaces and product feeds for Google Shopping, Meta and TikTok.
The same windows run every marketplace: the product card, the export templates and the order list.

The same path as every Elbuz integration: a template, access to the seller account, a check and a schedule.
No coding is needed. Support moves your data from another program or website free of charge. All marketplaces — marketplace integrations.
What the marketplace asks for before your first listing goes live.
Requirements are set by Kaufland and change over time. Checked against the official pages on 30 October 2026: Kaufland Global Marketplace — seller registration.
With two keys from the Kaufland seller account — the Client key and the Secret key — and the storefront code. No app approval is needed; Check connection confirms the keys and the storefront.
Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia and Poland — one template per storefront, all working with one catalog.
An order arrives unposted and does not touch stock. Once you post it, the items are reserved; a final status — completed, cancelled, returned — releases the reservation, and an invoice writes the stock off.
No. To stop selling, send zero stock or deactivate the offer in the Kaufland account. A product that leaves the export selection simply stops getting updates.
Kaufland asks for an official EAN for every product, and new offers attach to existing product pages by EAN.
