Works with customers and deals: finds forgotten customers, suggests follow-ups and drafts replies.
Your whole AI company all departments of your AI company
AI agents are programs that do tasks themselves instead of only answering. In Elbuz, ready-made AI employees work right inside your store (sales, support, catalog): they see products, customers and orders and work by your rules within your limits.

An AI agent does the work instead of only answering.
A chatbot answers from a script in a chat window. An AI agent works with your data: it sees products, customers and orders, does tasks itself (writes to customers, fills in product cards, schedules follow-ups) and reports back. Anything that changes data or goes to a customer passes through your rules, the Controller and AI Pulse.
In Elbuz you do not have to build an agent: the AI employees are already there, each in its own department. You switch on the area you need and set the limits.
Every piece of AI work carries an employee’s name: you see who did what and switch an area off with one toggle.
Works with customers and deals: finds forgotten customers, suggests follow-ups and drafts replies.
Sorts requests, writes drafts and answers by your store’s policy, in the helpdesk.
Fills in product cards, counts products without a photo, description or category, and tidies up reference lists.
Answers calls and calls customers itself: AI phone answering.
Answers shoppers’ questions on your website from your catalog: AI chat for your store.
Does nothing on its own: it checks every reply to a customer that the AI wants to send.
A one-off task goes into the chat, a recurring rule into a workflow.
A rule in plain words, such as “if a deal has not moved for 5 days, remind the sales manager”, becomes a CRM workflow: the AI assistant explains what the workflow will do and saves it in one click.
There is no separate subscription: the agents are part of the Elbuz plan. You set the limits, and everything important waits for you in AI Pulse.
A chatbot answers from a script; an AI agent does the work itself: it reads emails, chats and calls, finds what was missed in the CRM and acts, suggesting a deal or follow-up, replying to the customer or changing an order by your store’s rules. In Elbuz this is done by the AI employees Sales, Support, Catalog and Controller, and a voice AI employee answers calls. Every change comes as a suggestion with a reason in AI Pulse.
For routine that happens every day and follows rules: answering customer requests, finding forgotten customers and stalled deals, filling in product cards, counting products without a photo or description. In an online store this mostly saves time in sales, support and catalog work.
It sorts emails, chats and calls, prepares follow-ups, deals and replies, and handles typical requests and simple order changes within your policy. Anything involving money goes to a person: cancelling a paid order or a refund is only prepared as a draft. Every reply the AI wants to send itself is checked by AI · Controller.
No. The AI employees are already in Elbuz: you switch on the area you need and set the limits. You describe a new rule in plain words, such as “if a deal has not moved for 5 days, remind the sales manager”, and the AI assistant turns it into a workflow. A one-off task you give to an AI employee right in the chat.
Each AI employee has its department and permissions, a toggle and a daily limit: once the limit is reached, it pauses until tomorrow. “Whose data” sets which customers it sees, and changes wait for your approval in AI Pulse by default, where you accept, reject or undo them.
There is no separate subscription for the agents: they are part of the Elbuz plan, which starts at €87 a month and depends on the number of products and users. The first 14 days are free, and you get €50 on your balance after sign-up. See pricing.
