*** The minimum term for using the unlimited mode is 1 year. The maximum number of items is 1,000,000 in one of the "Basic Catalog" or "Price Lists" subsystems (whichever is greater). If the maximum number of items is exceeded, the service fee is increased by the cost of the unlimited mode (in increments of 1,000,000).

Blocking access
Access is blocked when one of the following conditions is met:
- The expiration date has expired.
- The balance has run out of funds.
If access is blocked, your data is stored for 14 days, at a cost of 50% of the daily rate (~€1.45 per day). For the "AI-Widgets" plan, the storage cost is 50% of the minimum plan (~€0.15 per day).

Yes, at any time. You have a single account and balance. When you activate automation modules (price lists, parsing, CRM), the "Business Automation" plan is activated, with a minimum charge of €2.89/day.
Nothing. Your plan and terms remain the same. AI search is already included free of charge in your plan. The AI chat consultant is available for purchase using tokens from your balance.
We believe search is a core feature of your store that directly impacts sales. Limiting search to a specific number of queries limits your revenue. Therefore, the cost depends on the number of products in the catalog, not the number of queries. The larger your business, the more products you have, and the cost increases along with your capabilities.
For the "AI-Widgets" plan — from €10. For the "Business Automation" plan — from €87. For "Unlimited" — €799/month.
With the "AI-Widgets" plan, the price is calculated as follows: catalog items are charged at €0.000029, while price list items are charged at €0.000058. If you actively use price lists, we recommend considering the "Business Automation" plan, which includes all supplier management features.
The cost of AI chat is calculated based on the number of tokens spent by the neural network to generate a response. A typical response costs between €0.001 and €0.05, depending on the length and type. The cost is deducted from your balance automatically. You can track your expenses in the program interface.

We don't provide full program support with the basic rental plan or during the demo period. This means we don't provide extensive consultations or training on how to use the program. Instead, you'll be able to use reference material for independent study of the program.
