AI Widgets: Cost by Quantity

The plan price depends on the number of products in your catalog. Search queries are unlimited and included in the price.

Rate: €0.000029 per item per day. Minimum: €0.29/day (covers up to 10,000 items).
When using supplier price lists - an additional 0.000058€ per 1 item from the price lists per day.

AI chat consultant

An AI chat consultant answers customer questions about your products using a neural network. The price is calculated dynamically based on the number of LLM tokens used and deducted from your balance.

One typical AI chat response costs 300–1000 tokens. The exact cost depends on the length of the question and answer. The fee is deducted automatically from your balance.

Blocking access

Access is blocked when one of the following conditions is met:

• The expiration date has expired.
• The balance has run out of funds.

If access is blocked, your data is stored for 14 days, at a cost of 50% of the daily rate (~€1.45 per day). For the "AI-Widgets" plan, the storage cost is 50% of the minimum plan (~€0.15 per day).

Free support

When you contact our support team to answer your question, we engage several specialists, such as analysts or programmers, to ensure a high-quality response. This is due to the specific nature of online trading automation. Their rate starts at €20 per hour. Even if your question seems simple, it's important to us to prepare a comprehensive and informative answer. Even a single line of text or image in our response requires significant work to resolve your issue. Support costs can exceed the revenue we receive for software rental. We strive to provide high-quality service, but sometimes simple questions require additional effort and expense.

We don't provide full program support with the basic rental plan or during the demo period. This means we don't provide extensive consultations or training on how to use the program. Instead, you'll be able to use reference material for independent study of the program.

Priority support

For a deeper understanding of our automation platform and the solutions for your business's routine tasks, we recommend taking advantage of our paid extended support package. This training and assistance will help you master the principles of the Elbuz platform for automating your business.

When you contact us with a question, we need:

2. Fully immerse yourself in the essence of your task.
3. Develop the right solution and deliver it to you.

With our plan, you'll receive up to 50 hours per month to address your individual needs and up to 100 requests per month. Support is provided via email.

The cost of support is 950€ ( 1490€ ) for 1 month. You can apply for support in the program interface, in the "Balance" section.
