We count the larger of your two lists: “Base catalog” or “Price lists”. With 12,000 products in the catalog and 8,000 in price lists, you pay for 12,000.

How it is calculated: €2.89 per day; above 5,000 products it becomes €2.89 + products × €0.000058 per day. The amount is deducted from your balance daily. From about 400,000 products the Unlimited plan costs less.

AI chat assistant
The AI chat assistant answers your shoppers' questions about your products using a neural network. You pay for the LLM tokens it actually uses; the cost is deducted from your balance.

*** The minimum term for using the unlimited mode is 1 year. The maximum number of items is 1,000,000 in one of the "Basic Catalog" or "Price Lists" subsystems (whichever is greater). If the maximum number of items is exceeded, the service fee is increased by the cost of the unlimited mode (in increments of 1,000,000).

Blocking access
Access is blocked when one of the following conditions is met:
- The expiration date has expired.
- The balance has run out of funds.
If access is blocked, your data is kept for 14 days at 50% of the minimum daily rate (€1.45 per day).

No. AI site search and the AI chat assistant are part of the single Elbuz plan. Search is included with no request limits; chat is paid per token from your balance.
If you work with supplier price lists, nothing changes in how you are charged. If you only use the base catalog with more than 5,000 products and no price lists, you used to pay a flat €2.90 per day up to 50,000 products; now the same formula applies to everyone. Former “AI Widgets” customers have been moved to the single plan.
Search is a core part of a store and drives sales directly. Capping search requests would cap your revenue, so the price depends on the number of products, not on the number of searches.
€87 for the Elbuz plan. The Unlimited plan is €799 per month.
You pay only for the larger list. With 30,000 products in the catalog and 20,000 in price lists, 30,000 count: €4.63 per day. The two lists are never added together.
AI chat is billed by the tokens the neural network spends on each answer. A typical answer costs €0.001 to €0.05, depending on its length and the model. The cost is deducted from your balance automatically, and you can track spending in the program.

We don't provide full program support with the basic rental plan or during the demo period. This means we don't provide extensive consultations or training on how to use the program. Instead, you'll be able to use reference material for independent study of the program.
