Suppliers send price lists by email, by link or directly. Elbuz finds your products, adds your markup and hides what is out of stock. That is automatic supplier feed processing.

What you get
You get a whole company to run: 6 departments and 18 roles that open and stock your store, sell, answer shoppers and count the money. Each department does work you would normally hire people for.
Website, products, supplier prices, customers, inventory, marketplaces and AI assistants, all in one company running on the Elbuz platform. So compare it with a team of people, not with software.
This is you, the owner of the company. The departments work on their own and bring you only what needs a decision: yes or no.

This is where shoppers see you. One product list goes to your website, Amazon, eBay, Allegro, Kaufland, Google Shopping, Meta and TikTok. How exporting products to marketplaces works is in the guide.

Choose a design
See how data flows from shoppers and suppliers to your warehouse and marketplaces. Pick a process.
Your apps and AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) work with products and orders, only where you allow it.
Write it in plain words: “If no supplier has the product, take it off sale and message the manager.” From then on, Elbuz does it by itself.

Coming soon: new departments
New departments will soon open in your company. They will appear in your account by themselves, with nothing to move or install.
This is a preview: these departments are in development. The order may change, so we don't promise dates.
Moving to Elbuz
Sales keep going. Departments switch on one at a time, and you can keep your own website.
We'll help you move: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 (GMT+2). You don't have to switch to Elbuz CMS.

FAQ
Didn't find an answer? Write to support@elbuz.com: real people reply, Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 (GMT+2).
Yes, for a typical store with a few thousand products. A website on Elbuz CMS with a ready-made design, the catalog, supplier price lists, payments, shipping and marketplaces are switched on in your account, and the system fills in products and prices by itself or together with an AI agent in chat.
Your store doesn't close. Elbuz connects to your website via API, feeds or Elbuz Tunnel, takes in your products, connects suppliers and marketplaces, and departments switch on one at a time. You can keep your own website or move to Elbuz CMS.
No. Elbuz CMS is an ecommerce platform with everything built in, but you can keep your own platform. Elbuz works with any website (WooCommerce, OpenCart, PrestaShop, a custom build and others) via API, feeds or Elbuz Tunnel straight into the store database. Elbuz CMS is a separate option if you want the store and the automation in one solution.
Yes. After sign-up you get 14 free days, €50 on your balance, and you can export 100 products to a file or your website.
A product list or supplier price lists, a registered business with a way to accept payments, and one day for setup. You switch on the website, design, payments and shipping with toggles in Elbuz.
One price for all departments, with no annual contracts: a small amount is deducted from your balance each day. The price depends on the number of products, counting the larger list: your products or the products in supplier price lists. Up to 5,000 products: €2.89 per day; above that, €2.89 plus €0.000058 per product per day. For example, 20,000 products come to about €121.50 per month. Each user after the first is €0.83 per day. Smart search is included in the plan, and for the AI chat you pay only for AI tokens, usually a few cents a day. Work out your own total with the calculator.
Yes, the CRM is built in: customers, orders, email, calls and purchase history in one record. Supplier prices, inventory and marketplaces sit right next to it, so you don't need a separate CRM. More: how the Elbuz CRM works.
They take over the daily routine: update prices from supplier price lists, write descriptions for new products, answer shoppers in chat and remind you about customers who haven't bought in a while. Important decisions stay with you. All roles are in “Your company's staff”.
AI doesn't do important things on its own. Product matches from a price list are applied only after you confirm them, prices follow your rules, and the controller brings you everything that goes beyond your limits. Every change shows in the log and price history, so it's easy to find and fix.
Yours. It works with your store and your data: the store and customer data belong to you, and Elbuz as a platform processes it only to do your work. You decide which departments to switch on, what to publish and what to change: AI doesn't change anything important without your “yes”.
Yes. Each department switches on and off separately, and you can pause the schedule any time. If you like, update prices or answer shoppers by hand and leave the rest to your departments.
If you keep your own website, Elbuz only updates data on it and page URLs don't change. If you move to a new website or domain, part of the traffic dips for a while, as it did for Tehnomart. To lose as little as possible, discuss redirects from the old URLs with us before launch.
Your store data and your customers' data belong to you, and Elbuz processes it only to do your work. Databases are stored on servers in the EU (Germany, Finland), and Elbuz backs them up and keeps the last seven copies. You set up employee access yourself.
Yes. Elbuz runs in your browser, with nothing to install. You build the store with toggles, an AI assistant in chat sets things up with you, and support (real people) answers Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 (GMT+2) at support@elbuz.com.
No. Elbuz runs in your browser: price lists, products, customers and exports are processed on Elbuz servers on schedule, even when your computer is off.
Amazon, eBay, Allegro, Kaufland, eMAG, Etsy and TikTok Shop: catalog and order import. Product feeds for Google Shopping, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, ChatGPT and other channels. Over 200 marketplaces and systems in total, plus your own website via Elbuz Tunnel.
Yes. Through MCP and API v2, the AI assistants Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor work with your products, orders and customers, only where you allow it.
