“Create waybill” books the shipment on your contract, the tracking number lands in the order on its own, and you print the label as a PDF.

Elbuz shipping software creates the shipping label straight from the order card on your own carrier contract, puts the tracking number into the order on its own, and the shipment status updates the order.

You ship on your own carrier contract: get the API credentials in the carrier’s account and enter them in Elbuz once.
The label is created where your team already works with the order.

“Create waybill (shipping)” creates shipments for all orders you select in the list.
Name, address and destination country come from the order; you can still correct the country in the waybill form.
What happens to the order next — order management.
Shipment tracking without logging in to the carrier’s portal.
Elbuz asks the carrier for the shipment status, and the carrier’s statuses become your order, shipping and payment statuses. Once the parcel is delivered, the order updates and the customer gets a message. When a customer asks “Where is my order?”, AI in the helpdesk answers with the current status and the tracking number.
