Listings from your catalog
Active listings come in with title, description, SKU, price, quantity, tags, materials, category and photos. Product data is kept once in the product catalog (PIM) and goes to every channel.

Etsy integration brings your shop into Elbuz: active listings become product cards, Etsy orders arrive with the buyer and address, and prices and inventory go back to Etsy on a schedule.

Six jobs that otherwise happen by hand in the Etsy seller account.
Active listings come in with title, description, SKU, price, quantity, tags, materials, category and photos. Product data is kept once in the product catalog (PIM) and goes to every channel.
Your categories are mapped once to the Etsy category tree, and attributes to its required fields. A product that misses a required field is shown before export, not after a rejection. New listings are created from your cards: Elbuz makes a draft, uploads the photo, sets price, quantity and SKU, and only then activates the listing. A readiness check shows in advance how many products are ready, how many lack a mapped Etsy category and how many lack a photo.
Each export template takes its own price or calculates it by formula — for example your base price plus a markup that covers the Etsy commission. The catalog and your website keep their own prices. Markup rules.
Prices and quantities of linked listings go back to Etsy through an export template. Variants of one listing get the same price and quantity. Stock comes from your warehouses and supplier price lists.
Etsy receipts become customer orders in Elbuz with the buyer and the delivery address. From there they are processed like any other order — see order management.
Marketplace order statuses map to your own Elbuz statuses, and shipping details stay on the order. The connection belongs to your Elbuz account, not to one template: the import and export templates of the shop share the same access, and switching one template off does not break it.
Etsy does not need a separate product database: it takes products from the catalog you already keep.
The same catalog also feeds your website, other marketplaces and product feeds for Google Shopping, Meta and TikTok.
The same windows run every marketplace: the product card, the export templates and the order list.

The same path as every Elbuz integration: a template, access to the seller account, a check and a schedule.

Keep one stock figure in Elbuz and let the Etsy export template send it to every linked listing on schedule. When the item sells on your website or another marketplace, the quantity on Etsy drops at the next run.
Yes. With publishing switched on, the export template creates listings from your cards with photo, price, quantity and SKU. Each product needs a mapped Etsy category and at least one photo, and the template needs a shipping profile.
Both work from one Elbuz catalog: the store gets its catalog from Elbuz, Etsy gets its listings from the same cards, and orders from both arrive in one list.
Yes. Each Etsy receipt becomes a customer order in Elbuz with the buyer and the delivery address, ready for packing and shipping.
On the schedule you set. For an even flow of orders a few runs a day are enough, and the catalog needs updating about once a day. The runs happen on the server, without an open browser.
