Listings from your catalog
Active products come in with title, description, SKU, price, stock summed across warehouses, category and photos. Product data is kept once in the product catalog (PIM) and goes to every channel.

TikTok Shop integration links your shop to Elbuz with a code: products and orders come in, new products are published with photos, and prices and stock go back to the warehouse you choose.

Six jobs that otherwise happen by hand in the TikTok Shop seller account.
Active products come in with title, description, SKU, price, stock summed across warehouses, category and photos. Product data is kept once in the product catalog (PIM) and goes to every channel.
Your categories are mapped once to the TikTok Shop category tree, and attributes to its required fields. A product that misses a required field is shown before export, not after a rejection. New products are published from your cards: Elbuz uploads the photos and creates the product in TikTok Shop.
Each export template takes its own price or calculates it by formula — for example your base price plus a markup that covers the TikTok Shop commission. The catalog and your website keep their own prices. Markup rules.
Price and stock go back through an export template — stock goes to one warehouse, the one you set or the default warehouse of the shop. Elbuz cannot switch a product off in TikTok Shop; set stock to zero to stop selling. Stock comes from your warehouses and supplier price lists.
The first run brings the order history, later runs bring only changed orders. During a live stream or a viral video orders come in waves, so give orders a frequent schedule. From there they are processed like any other order — see order management.
Marketplace order statuses map to your own Elbuz statuses, and shipping details stay on the order. If the shop ships from several warehouses, name the warehouse explicitly in the export template — stock comes in as a sum and goes back to one warehouse.
TikTok Shop does not need a separate product database: it takes products from the catalog you already keep.
The same catalog also feeds your website, other marketplaces and product feeds for Google Shopping, Meta and TikTok.
The same windows run every marketplace: the product card, the export templates and the order list.

The same path as every Elbuz integration: a template, access to the seller account, a check and a schedule.
No coding is needed. Support moves your data from another program or website free of charge. All marketplaces — marketplace integrations.
What the marketplace asks for before your first listing goes live.
Requirements are set by TikTok Shop and change over time. Checked against the official pages on 30 October 2026: TikTok Shop Academy (US) — documents to register.
In the US you need to be at least 18 and a US resident or business, with a valid ID, and businesses need an IRS document with the EIN and a W-9. Requirements differ by country — check the Seller Center of your market.
No. In Elbuz you press Connect, confirm access to your shop and paste a short code; access then renews by itself.
TikTok Shop keeps stock per warehouse. Elbuz reads the total and sends stock to one warehouse — the one set in the export template, or the default one.
Give the order import a frequent schedule. Orders land in the same list as website orders and reserve stock there, so other channels see the change at their next update.
Yes. With publishing on, the export template uploads photos and creates new products from your cards.
