ManoMano integration offers, stock and orders from Elbuz
The Elbuz ManoMano integration connects your seller account to one product catalog: offers by EAN, prices and stock sent through the API, orders accepted automatically and tracking numbers sent back to the marketplace.
ManoMano gives its sellers the ManoMano Partners API. Elbuz connects to it with the key from your Toolbox: offers, prices, stock and orders move without manual uploads or development on your side.
Your offers linked to the catalog
Elbuz reads every offer on your contract, both online and taken off sale: your SKU, the VAT-inclusive price, stock and sale status. The API gives no title, EAN or photos, so a product you already keep in the product catalog (PIM) is matched by SKU and gets the price, stock and status.
Prices and stock in batches
The export template sends the VAT-inclusive price and quantity of linked offers, up to a thousand offers per request. An offer whose price and stock did not change is not counted as an error; a rejected offer shows in the log with ManoMano's reason. The price comes from any field or formula you choose, so it can include a markup for the commission — see markup and pricing rules.
New offers by EAN
With the option to publish new products, Elbuz looks up the EAN in the ManoMano catalog of the country you pick and creates your offer on the existing product page: price, stock, weight for the shipping calculation and the delivery grid. A product ManoMano does not have yet is created from a feed in the Toolbox, and Elbuz builds that product feed from the same catalog.
Orders accepted automatically
On every import, orders waiting for acceptance are accepted on ManoMano and land in the same list as your website orders, with the buyer, shipping and billing addresses, carrier and shipping cost. Your seller discount is spread across the lines; the ManoMano discount, paid by the marketplace, is not deducted. See order management.
Shipping, refusal and refund
The order status mapped to SHIPPED sends the carrier and tracking number; the one mapped to REFUSED refuses the order; REFUNDED refunds every line together with shipping. Each event is sent once, and an order already shipped or refused on ManoMano is not sent again.
Several countries, one catalog
On ManoMano, a seller contract means one country and one delivery method. Each contract becomes its own template in Elbuz, and product links of two contracts never mix: the UK, France and Spain run side by side from one catalog, each with its own prices and schedule.

Which countries you can sell to on ManoMano
ManoMano is the DIY, home and garden marketplace, with five country sites. For each country where you have a contract, the Elbuz template sets which catalog your EANs are looked up in.

How it works: ManoMano as a channel of your catalog
ManoMano sends no instant notifications: Elbuz polls the marketplace on each template's schedule.
Catalogproducts, prices and stock from your warehouse and supplier price lists
Offer importlinks your products to the offers already live on ManoMano
Prices and stockgo out in batches, along with new offers by EAN
Ordersaccepted and added to your order list, ideally several times an hour
Shippingyour status sends tracking, a refusal or a refund
ManoMano limits calls to roughly 200 requests an hour for offers and 250 for orders. Elbuz waits and retries; whatever is left goes in the next run. A price export once an hour or less often is therefore the safe pace. The same catalog also feeds your website and other marketplaces: marketplace integrations.

Connect ManoMano with an API key from the Toolbox
Two things from the Toolbox: an API key and your seller contract number. The rest is a template in Elbuz.
API keya Toolbox user with the Admin role: Settings → API keys → Create API key; the key is shown only once
Contractthe Seller contract ID from the Toolbox: one contract = one country and one delivery method
Import templatetype ManoMano in the data import window, with the key and contract number
Checkthe connection test replies “ManoMano — seller contract #…”; then tick Products or Orders
Export and schedulean export template with the same key sends prices, stock and shipments; both run on a schedule
No developer and no app to get approved: Elbuz works with the API directly, using your account's key. Support moves your data from other software or a website for free — see migration.

ManoMano integration FAQ
How do I sell on ManoMano?
Apply as a seller through the “Sell on ManoMano” page. Once accepted, you run your shop in the Toolbox; to drive offers and orders from Elbuz you only need an API key and your contract number — see Connect ManoMano.
How much does selling on ManoMano cost?
ManoMano does not publish its subscription and commission rates on its public pages: ask for them when you apply. The integration costs nothing extra — it is part of the single Elbuz plan, priced by the number of products and users; see pricing.
Do I need a developer to use the ManoMano API?
No. Elbuz works with the ManoMano Partners API directly: you paste the API key and Seller contract ID into the ManoMano template and run the connection test.
Where do I find the API key in the ManoMano Toolbox?
A Toolbox user with the Admin role creates it under Settings → API keys → Create API key. The Toolbox shows it only once: if you lost it, create a new one and replace it in your Elbuz templates.
Are ManoMano orders accepted automatically?
Yes, on every import, without a stock check. If an item is missing, refuse the order with the status mapped to REFUSED or in the Toolbox. To accept orders yourself, untick Orders in the import template.
Does Elbuz create new product pages on ManoMano?
No, only offers on existing product pages, matched by EAN. A new product page comes from a product feed added in the Toolbox, and that feed can be an Elbuz export.
Why are products imported from ManoMano named after their SKU?
For an offer the API returns only the SKU, price and stock. A product already in your catalog is matched by SKU; otherwise the name stays the SKU until you link the product by EAN.
I sell in the UK and France: how many templates do I need?
One pair of templates, import and export, per seller contract. The API key can be the same for all contracts.
