How to track events in the Elbuz calendar
Elbuz Calendar is a tool for planning and tracking various events, meetings and tasks in a visual calendar format.
Main uses of the calendar:

Let's start working with the calendar
Open the calendar using a shortcut on your desktop or through the main menu.
To open the calendar through the main menu:
- In the main menu, select the "Organizer" section
- In the menu that opens, select "Calendar"

How to work with the event calendar
Creating events
Creating an event manually
- Click the "+" button in the upper left corner or double-click on the desired date
- In the window that appears, fill out the basic fields:
• Event name (required)
• Start date and time
• End date and time
• Event category - Click "Create" for quick creation or "Advanced" for advanced configuration
Automatic creation of events
- When creating a task with a deadline
- When scheduling a meeting in chat
- When creating a note with date
- When assigning notifications to a project
Event setup
Basic parameters
Select event category:
- Meeting
- Call
- Deadline
- Birthday
- Other (create your own)
Time setting:
- Specify exact start and end times
- Enable "All Day Event" for all-day events
- Set up the event repetition:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- By selected days
Adding details:
- Event description
- Venue or online link

Grouping and filtering
Filter by category
- Use the filter panel on the left

Tips for efficient work
- Use different colors for different categories of events
- Add short but descriptive titles
- Always include the location or link for online meetings
- Check and update recurring events regularly
- Use tags for additional categorization
Notifications and reminders (in development)
Setting notification times
- Open an event in the calendar
- Go to "Reminders"
- Click "Add Reminder"
- Select time reminders:
• 5 minutes before the start of
• 15 minutes before the start of
• 1 hour before the start of
• For 1 day before
• One week before
• Set your time - To create multiple reminders, repeat steps 3-4
Setting up notification methods
- In the "Reminders" section select a receiving method:
• Push notifications in the browser
• Email notifications
• SMS messages
• Notifications in Telegram - For each method you can:
• Customize the notification text
• Select a sound signal
• Specify importance priority
Set up repeat reminders:
- Enable the "Repeat reminder" option
- Specify the repeat interval:
• Every 5 minutes
• Every 15 minutes
• Every hour - Set the maximum number of repeats
- Select the condition for stopping repeats:
• After a certain number of
• After the event starts
• After confirmation of receipt
Setting up notifications for participants
- In the "Event participants" section, select recipients:
• All participants
• Selected participants
• Organizers only - Set up for each participant:
• Individual reminder time
• Preferred notification method
• Notification language
Additional settings:
Global notification settings:
- Go to "Profile Settings"
- Select Notification Settings
- Set default settings for all events
Setting sentry zone:
- The system automatically takes into account the recipient's time zone
- Time in notifications is displayed in local time recipient
Manage notifications:
- Disable all notifications
- Temporary suspension
- Do Not Disturb
Important Notes
- Push notifications only work when your browser is turned on
- SMS notifications are available with a connected phone number
- Telegram notifications require the connection of the Elbuz bot
- Email notifications are sent to the confirmed address

Sharing (in development)
Invite participants to an event
- Open an existing event or create a new one
- In the "Participants" field, select the desired participant from the drop-down list
- Specify participant role:
• Organizer - full access to manage the event
• Participant - can view and confirm participation
• Observer - only view the event - Click "Send Invitations"
Participants will receive an email notification with the option to:
- Accept invitation
- Decline invitation
- Suggest another time
- Add an event to your calendar
Setting event permissions
- Open event settings
- Go to the "Permissions" tab
- Select one of the access modes:
• Private - visible only to invited members
• Public - visible to all company employees
• Via link - access via special link - Set up individual rights for participants:
• View
• Edit
• Manage participants
• Deleting an event
Exporting events to other calendars
- Select events to export or the entire calendar
- Click the "Export" button in the top menu
- Select an export format:
• ICS (supported by most calendars)
• CSV (for spreadsheets)
• PDF (for printing) - Specify the export period
- Click "Download file"
Synchronization with external calendars
- Go to calendar settings
- Select "Connect external calendar"
- Select service for synchronization:
• Google Calendar
• Microsoft Outlook
• Apple Calendar
• Other calendars (via CalDAV) - Follow the authorization instructions
- Configure synchronization parameters:
• Synchronization direction (one-way/two-way)
• Update frequency
• Event categories for synchronization
