How to become an innovator and implement non-standard ideas: real stories of developers
The material tells about innovators who received grants for the implementation of their projects from the charity fund of the Kyiv School of Economics. The stories of three developers are presented, who shared the paths from ideas to implementation and the inspiration to continue working on products.

Since childhood, Arseniy Matviychuk wanted to leave his mark on the universe, so he chose IT - an area for the realization of one's ideas. After the outbreak of full-scale war, he created the services "Letter after the war" and Is it r*ssian?. Zoya Stetsenko changed professions until she found herself in the development of innovative products. Vlad Konov became interested in robotics by accident, but it became his life's work. Its mission was to raise the level of technical education.
The path to project implementation
To implement ideas, it is important to overcome fears and not be afraid of mistakes . Arseniy's key principles are to simplify products and not to delay development. Vlad emphasizes the importance of time and risk management, creativity. Zoya emphasizes feedback as a driving force. She implemented the idea of gamification of reading with the help of AI in the Kazka product.

Arseniy and Zoya believe in the power of small teams of like-minded people. However, Vlad notes the need to distance himself from subordinates and use financial motivation. Talents for Ukraine grants from the KSE Foundation became a source of funding for the heroes of the material.
