Notion Calendar: integration, efficiency and comfort in one application
Notion users have been wanting an integrated calendar system for a long time. Their requests have been heard, and now Notion has launched its own calendar app - Notion Calendar. It's a standalone app that integrates with all Notion databases and notes.
Notion Calendar is based on a redesign of the Cron calendar application that Notion acquired in 2022. The app offers features like Calendly-like booking tools and a command bar that lets you quickly set up recurring appointments and more. When you use multiple calendars, they automatically block work appointments in your personal calendar and vice versa to avoid duplicate entries.
Additionally, thanks to the rebrand, Notion is now fully integrated. If you or your company uses Notion, you can create or link Notion documents directly from a calendar invitation. If you have a database of tasks and deadlines, you can add it as a calendar in Notion Calendar. Unfortunately, integration with Outlook is not yet supported.
Notion Calendar will come first to Mac, Windows and iOS, with an Android version to follow later.
