Shocking image
At the Eurovision 2024 music competition, the shocking performance of the representative of Finland caused a wide resonance. Artist Teemu Keisteri, known under the stage name Windows95man, was remembered by the public for his colorful stage costumes and fiery dance moves, vaguely reminiscent of the legendary dance of Steve Ballmer and Bill Gates at the presentation of Windows 95 in 1995.
Unusual image
The Windows95man image was created by Finnish artist and DJ Teemu Keisteri. The central element of the artist's stage costume was a T-shirt with the Windows 95 logo (at the final performance the logo was blurred) and ultra-short denim shorts with cut-off legs. Often in his performances, Keisteri complements the image with a dummy of the famous Clippy assistant paper clip from the Windows operating system. However, at Eurovision 2024, his stage partner was a giant dummy egg, from which sparks flew out during the dance.
Dance performance
Windows95man's dance performance at the Eurovision grand final became a real sensation. The fiery moves of the Finnish artist in a minimalist suit attracted a lot of attention and discussions on social networks. Many viewers noted the similarity to the legendary dance between Steve Ballmer and Bill Gates during the Windows 95 presentation almost 30 years ago, when the Microsoft founders enthusiastically introduced the new operating system.
Competition results
Despite the bright, memorable performance, according to the results of voting by the jury and the audience, Finland took only 19th place at Eurovision 2024. The winners of the competition were Switzerland and Croatia, taking first and second places respectively. Ukraine also entered the top three, taking third place with 453 points for the performance of the duet Alyona Alyona and Jerry Heil with the song “Teresa & Maria”.

Hey, did you see that crazy performance of Windows95man at Eurovision?! 💃🕺 It was just something - the Finnish participants really lit up the stage with their extravagant costumes and dances! 🔥

Yes, it was an extremely shocking show! 😳 I still can’t get over what I saw - one of them had an almost completely naked torso, and the other had such short shorts! 🩲 But they moved simply amazing, just like Bill Gates at the launch of Windows 95. 😆

Yes, Finnish participants know how to shock the public! 😂 Costumes, dancing - everything was done effortlessly and with crazy drive! And these sparks flying out of the performer’s shorts - wow, isn’t this a symbol of the victory of technology over man? 🤖💥

Hmm, in my opinion, the performance was too provocative and even tasteless. 😒 Dancing - okay, but these ridiculous costumes and nudity... I don’t know, it’s unlikely that this added points to them in the eyes of the jury. Although, of course, young people love this!

And I really liked this performance! 😍 The Finns showed real creativity and humor in the way they played with the image of the legendary Windows 95. Clippy, dancing Gates - it was just top! 👌 It’s a pity that they didn’t take a very high place, but I would love to go to their concert. 🥳

Some kind of nonsense, not a performance! 😡 These Finnish clowns disgraced the Eurovision stage with their stupid costumes and stupid dances. Instead of singing, they decided to attract attention with naked torsos and shorts. Ugh, what a shame! They have sunk to the level of a cheap striptease cabaret. 🤮

I don’t agree with you, Gnevomir! 🙅♀️ It was a very creative and brave performance. The Finns were not afraid to go beyond the boundaries and experiment with images and choreography. 💃 And their references to Windows 95 and Gates dancing were simply brilliant! 😆 They brought a fresh spirit to the conservative Eurovision.

Yes, I also appreciated their humor and recklessness! 👍 The Finnish guys really rocked it no worse than Steve Ballmer did in his time. 🔥 Even though their performance was extravagant, it was memorable and caused a storm of emotions among the audience. Isn’t this the main goal of any artist? 🎤✨
