Vodafone Ukraine has developed an innovative artificial intelligence system aimed at improving processes subscriber service. The latest AI technology is designed to provide recommendations to contact center operators, monitor the performance of tasks and provide an individualized approach to each client.
The versatility of AI solutions
In its development, Vodafone uses a complex of advanced AI technologies, including with voice-to-text, instant dialogue responses, and text transformations. All these capabilities are based on the company's own knowledge base. Among the tested tools are OpenAI Whisper, Llama, Mistral, NeMo, DeepSpeech, Claude and Citrinet, which have successfully passed thorough testing.
Integration of AI in the retail network
Vodafone is currently exploring ways to integrate artificial intelligence into customer service in company stores. This will reduce the burden on staff and reduce service time. Digital assistants will be able to provide answers to standard questions such as "How much money is in the account?" or "What are the offers?", while workers will focus on more complex consultations.
AI chatbots for customers
In addition to improving internal processes, Vodafone plans to create AI chatbots for direct interaction with subscribers. The company is considering the use of new open source models, such as Facebook's Llama3, which will reduce costs and store information exclusively on the operator's servers.
Commercial launch
Commercial implementation of the first projects using artificial intelligence is planned for the summer of this year. These innovations are expected to improve service quality, increase cross-selling and reduce complaints. In the future, Vodafone is considering selling its AI solutions on the market.
