Content expansion for Vision Pro
Apple announced a new collection of immersive content for the Vision Pro device. The list includes a variety of films, series and other materials, among which projects with the participation of The Weeknd, NBA basketball players and exciting world tours stand out.
"Boundless" premiere and upcoming releases
The series "Boundless" became the first content available to users, launched simultaneously with the announcement of new projects. Spectators will be able to enjoy hot air balloon flights over the picturesque landscapes of Cappadocia in Turkey. An episode about arctic surfing is expected to be released this fall.
New content release schedule
- August: Premiere of a new part of the documentary series "Wild Life" dedicated to elephants.
- September: Start of the series "Elevated", which will offer viewers aerial journeys over the volcanoes and waterfalls of Hawaii. An episode about fall in New England is planned for later.
- Fall: Premiere of the short film "Submerged" from Oscar-winning director Edward Berger, which takes viewers aboard a submarine during the Second World War.
- Fall: 2024 NBA All-Star short film released in Indianapolis, featuring on-court and behind-the-scenes action .
- Year-end: Special performance by Canadian singer The Weeknd and the first part of Red's "Big-Wave Surfing" sports series Bull taken off the coast of Teaupo'o in Tahiti.
Geography of availability
Unfortunately, Ukraine is not included in the list of countries where it will be available this content. Apple Vision Pro is available in Australia, Canada, Mainland China, Hong Kong, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore, the UK and the US.
Apple's new Immersive Video content debuts in English in the US with the ability to watch subtitles in other languages The availability of subtitles will vary by country or region.
