The second GovTech after Berlin will start in the capital of Ukraine center of the World Economic Forum. This initiative was initiated by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov. The Kyiv branch will accumulate the efforts of representatives of the authorities, business circles, civil society and scientists for cooperation in the field of digital transformations.
A platform for the promotion of national experience
As Fedorov emphasized, the GovTech Center will act as a platform for popularization of Ukrainian achievements in digitization on the world stage. This will contribute to the implementation of joint projects with partners and increase the image of Ukraine as a leader of technological innovations.
Integration into the global network
GovTech-center in Kyiv will become part of the network of Centers of the fourth industrial revolutions of the World Economic Forum. This platform brings together the public and private sectors to maximize the positive impact of technology on society while minimizing risks. Similar centers are already functioning in many countries of the world, in particular in the USA.
