Ukrainian companies are actively abandoning Russian CRM systems in favor of domestic and foreign analogues. The Ringostat study shows a significant decrease in the share of Russian CRMs and a rapid increase in the popularity of Ukrainian solutions during 2021-2024.

According to the research of the Ringostat platform, which covered 12,664 Ukrainian companies, there is a striking change in the choice of CRM systems during 2021-2024. The share of Russian CRM solutions decreased from 73% to 17%, while the popularity of Ukrainian systems increased from 7% to 54%.
Market distribution of CRM systems
As of 2024, the market for CRM systems in Ukraine was divided as follows: 54% of companies prefer domestic developments, 24% use foreign systems, 17% still use Russian products, and 5% chose custom solutions.
Trends in CRM installation requests
Analysis of requests to CRM system integrators shows similar dynamics: demand for Russian systems fell from 72% to 14%, while interest in Ukrainian solutions increased from 5% to 53%. Requests to install CRM systems from other countries also increased from 23% to 33%.
Advantages and disadvantages of different CRM solutions
Foreign CRM systems attract a quarter of Ukrainian companies due to their wide functionality and flexibility. However, domestic developments have a number of advantages: lower cost, Ukrainian-language interface, taking into account the specifics of the local market and faster technical support.
