Ukrzaliznytsia has launched an updated website with improved functionality for purchasing railway tickets, including verification through Diya.Pidpis and the purchase of tickets for women's compartments and for international flights.

Expanded booking options
The state railway carrier of Ukraine presented a beta version of a modernized online resource for purchasing travel documents. The updated portal provides travelers with a wider range of convenient options.
New functionality includes account verification through Diya.Pіpis, as well as the purchase of tickets for carriages reserved exclusively for women, and on international routes connecting Ukraine with Poland and Austria. The following improvements are available to users:
- Reservation of seats on any train;
- Purchasing tickets for trains running on the Kyiv-Warsaw and Kyiv-Vienna routes after confirming your identity through Diya.Pidpis;
- Refund operation for travel documents for international flights;
- Purchasing seats in compartments intended exclusively for women;
- Cashless payments using Apple Pay, Google Pay and other electronic payment systems.
Gradual transition to the new platform
The modernized web portal is available at link. However, the transition to the updated platform will be carried out in stages for the convenience of all categories of users.
In April of this year, Ukrzaliznytsia, after a test period, opened access to ticket monitoring with the possibility of automatic redemption through a mobile application. And a month before this, the railway operator launched online sales of travel documents for flights to Austria and Hungary.
