Convenient digital sending of documents and certificates through the "Diya" application has become available to Ukrainians thanks to the introduction of a new multi-sharing function.

Innovations in the application
From now on, citizens of Ukraine will be able to send digital copies of not only own documents, but also income certificates, employment books OK-5 and OK-7 using the "Diya" mobile application. This became possible thanks to the joint resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the implementation of the multi-sharing function launched by the National Bank of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
Previously, in order to send such a complex package of documents, Ukrainians had to send copies of digital documents through the Diya application, and copies of certificates should be sent in a separate file . Now, thanks to multisharing, this process will become much faster and easier.
Working principle
The new function provides the following working algorithm:
- The institution sends a request for the required package of documents.
- The citizen confirms the request using "Action.Signature" in the application.
- With one click of a button, all requested digital copies of documents and certificates are sent to the relevant institution.
- Data from the sent documents automatically fills the corresponding fields in electronic applications and contracts, simplifying the process.
