"Nova Poshta" introduces the "Tip" function: how to thank couriers through the application
The Nova Poshta company is introducing an innovative feature in its mobile application, allowing customers to express their gratitude to employees through tips. At the same time, it expands its presence in Italy, opening the first branch in Rome.

New function in the application
"Nova Poshta" introduces an interesting novelty in its mobile application - the possibility of leaving tips to employees. This was reported via the company's official Telegram channel.
Function operation mechanism
After using Nova Poshta services, customers will be asked to rate the quality of service. In the case of a high rating (4 or 5 stars), the option to give a tip will appear. Users will be able to choose the proposed amount or enter their own, as well as leave a comment.
Expansion of international presence
In parallel with this, "Nova Poshta" started its activities in the capital of Italy, opening the first branch in Rome. The company also launched new services for customers in Italy. Delivery of parcels to Ukraine from this country will take at least a week.
Previous technical difficulties
It is worth noting that on July 19, Nova Poshta, together with Sense Bank and Vodafone, faced with technical problems due to a large-scale failure of the Windows operating system.
