This is a new service for internally displaced persons (IDPs) from the Diya application. It facilitates the process of applying for benefits and certificates for the whole family online. "
The "Diya" application has updated its services for IDPs, allowing to issue certificates and receive assistance for the whole family in one place.

New features
Thanks to the new service, you can: - Submit one application for the whole family, including children who left home due to the war - Issue payments for newborns, that were born after the move. - Receive all financial assistance on one "eSupport" card.
How to use
- Update "Action", go to "Services" and select "Get IDP status".
- Enter your current location and confirm geolocation.
- Enter data about family members.
- Select the "eSupport" card to receive payments.
- Determine the necessary assistance (medical, educational, humanitarian) and leave contacts.
- The IDP certificate will appear in the application next to other documents.
Important
- The service is available only to those who do not yet have an IDP certificate.
- Persons who have gone abroad or are in the occupied territory cannot receive assistance.
In "Action", it is also possible to cancel the IDP status for those who returned home, or change the place of residence for those who moved to another city of Ukraine.
Glossary
- An IDP (internally displaced person) is a citizen of Ukraine who was forced to leave his place of residence because of the war.
- "Diya" is a state mobile application with digital services for citizens.
- The "eSupport" card is a bank card for receiving social assistance from the state.
