Wow, this is great news for Ukraine! Swedfund is a serious player on the investment market. I wonder what projects they plan to finance? 🤔
Jakub
Yes, Olena, that's really cool! I heard that they are particularly interested in energy and agriculture. Maybe it will help us develop green energy? 🌱
Sophie
Yakub, you are right about green energy! I work in this industry and we really need this kind of investment. By the way, the requirements for the candidate are quite high - 10-15 years of experience is serious!
Vittorio
Sophie, I agree, the requirements are really high. But the work is not easy - managing an office of this level. I wonder how many candidates will apply? And what about the salary? Apparently, it will be competitive 💰
Ivan
Well, why do we need these foreign investors? They will just come, buy everything, and then what? It would be better to develop on your own.
Olena
Ivan, don't be such a pessimist! Investments are new jobs, technologies, opportunities for our companies. As for the salary, Vittorio, I think it will be very attractive, given the level of responsibility 💼
Jakub
I agree with Elena. In addition, Swedfund is a government agency, they are interested in sustainable development, not just a quick profit. This could be very beneficial for our economy in the long run.
Sophie
Yes, and another important point - they are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the local business environment. This means that the manager will be from Ukraine, and not sent from Sweden. This is a very correct approach! 👍
