“Perepustka 2.0” from the Ministry of Defense: a new car control system is being created in Ukraine
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is planning a large-scale digital transformation, including the creation of new information systems and modernization existing to improve the efficiency of management and service in the military sphere.

New control systems
The Government of Ukraine has approved a plan for the development of information and communication technologies for the Ministry of Defense. As part of the digital transformation program for 2024-2026, a number of innovative solutions are envisaged.
One of the key projects will be the development of a vehicle monitoring system called “Perepupka 2.0”. The details of this initiative have not yet been disclosed, but it is expected that it will significantly improve control over the movement of equipment.
Modernization of registration of military personnel
A significant update of the Unified State Register of conscripts, military personnel and reservists is planned. The new version of the system will allow the provision of electronic services, including the ability to online submit an application for combat status.
Innovations in the military sphere
Plans also include upgrading the object recognition system using artificial intelligence. This innovation is designed to improve the efficiency of analytical work in the defense sector.
In addition, an information system will be created to record offenses in the Armed Forces, which will help improve discipline and control in the army.
Improving interdepartmental interaction
Particular attention is paid to the creation of the Ornament system, which will ensure electronic interaction between the information systems of the Ministry of Defense and others government agencies. This will optimize the processes of data exchange and decision making.
Security and identification
To increase the level of cyber security, the Brama system is being developed, which will be responsible for identifying and authenticating users in information systems of the Ministry of Defense.
Additional projects
As part of the digital transformation, the following are also planned: modernization of the Korovai software product, creation of a temporary housing accounting system for internally displaced persons, updating the Unified State Demographic Register and the National Biometric Verification System.
The Central Election Commission has been tasked with developing an automated system to optimize election procedures.
