Developers from Ukraine won the prestigious Internet Oscar award " in the field of digital media. BetterMe: Mental Health beat out 13,000 applicants from over 70 countries, including well-known fitness solutions. The creators proposed an innovative approach to mental health and conscious living.
Program functionality
BetterMe: Mental Health is a mobile application for a balanced lifestyle with personalized plans, guided meditations, breathing practices, affirmations, sleep sounds, and 24/7 access to mental health professionals. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the application has become free for Ukrainians.
Scale of use
Today, about 2 million citizens of Ukraine use the application. It is available for download on iOS and Android. In addition to the main functionality, the developers created a course on interaction with people with amputations and a program to improve productivity at work in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy.
