Skyrocketing value
Incredible nearly nine-fold increase in NVIDIA value since the end of 2022 was driven by enormous demand for its artificial intelligence processors. These advanced chips account for more than 80% of the relevant market, and the largest technology companies are the main buyers of these products.
Revenues are growing exponentially
NVIDIA's annual revenue growth has exceeded 200% in each of the last three blocks. LSEG expects revenue to nearly double year-on-year in fiscal 2025, surpassing $120 billion.
Brand awareness lags
Unlike Apple, Microsoft, Amazon and Google, whose brands are widely known throughout the world, NVIDIA until recently was known only to gamers thanks to its GeForce gaming graphics cards. However, the gaming segment now makes up only a small part of the company's business, bringing in just $2.6 billion or 10% of total revenue in the most recent quarter.
Growing brand awareness
Despite the lack of flashy advertising campaigns, the NVIDIA brand is rapidly gaining popularity. The company says its brand awareness has quadrupled in the last 12 months, which will help with Interbrand's next rankings. According to Vanda Research, NVIDIA shares have become the most popular stock among retail investors.
