Novaya Poshta announced the launch of an innovative mobile application that gives customers full control over the delivery process. The new platform is universal and applicable both for the Ukrainian market and for the European countries where the company operates.
Key features of the updated application
- Optimized forwarding system. Now customers can independently change the delivery address, track the movement of the parcel using the same number, make adjustments or cancel forwarding, and also re-order this service.
- Simplified calling a courier. The process of ordering a courier comes down to three simple steps: indicating the place of departure, describing the cargo and choosing a convenient time. A similar procedure applies to ordering address delivery. Additionally, a function has been introduced to exchange messages with the courier through the application, the ability to select a time interval and track the location of the courier 15 minutes before arrival.
- Advanced monitoring capabilities. Users received a tool for detailed tracking of the movement of parcels both within Ukraine and abroad.
- Improved package management. The application allows you to create parcels virtually and then send them through a parcel terminal, special boxes in branches or with the help of an operator. The ability to pay for shipping for third parties and delegate the right to receive parcels to trusted persons has been implemented.
- Modernized process for receiving from parcel terminals. A function for receiving parcels without an Internet connection has been introduced, and a virtual assistant has been integrated.
Additional conveniences for users
The developers have introduced a number of new features that increase the usability of the service. Now all parcels are displayed on the main screen with the ability to sort and filter. The option to save preferred branches and parcel terminals has been implemented to speed up order processing. The process of returning goods through the application has been significantly simplified.
In addition, it is now possible to reward Nova Poshta employees with tips, be it an operator, a courier or a contact center specialist. A function has been introduced to submit an application for compensation in case of damage to a shipment, as well as to manage subscriptions to advertising mailings.
Expanding your international shopping options
The application offers new options for shopping abroad. In addition to the standard delivery of goods to a branch, post office or home, a service for purchasing goods has been introduced. The client just needs to provide a link to the desired product, and Nova Poshta will take care of all the other stages: search, purchase and delivery.
The updated version of the application is already available for download on mobile devices with operating systems Android and iOS.
