Installation Difficulties
An enthusiast encountered numerous obstacles installing the tablet version of Windows XP on incompatible hardware. Initially, the operating system detected the MacBook as an incompatible device and installed the regular version without touchscreen support. To solve this problem, a special ISO image was required to unlock the necessary functions.
Setting up drivers
Additional difficulties arose with installing and calibrating drivers for the touch display. The installer constantly detected a violation of the license agreement and stopped working. It turned out that there was corruption in the license text file. After correcting the error, Michael was able to install the calibration utility and set up the touchscreen almost perfectly.
Final setup
To configure the remaining drivers, we used the Boot Camp program, which works surprisingly well coped with the adaptation of Windows XP to MacBook. Most of the laptop's functions, including media keys and sound, worked correctly. The only problem was the graphics driver, which had to be downloaded directly from the NVIDIA website.
Final Result
Once setup was complete, the vintage Apple laptop showed off Windows XP tablet features like the touchscreen-enabled Ink Ball game. Also, according to the tradition of his channel, Michael launched the original Half-Life game on the device. In the video description he left links to all the materials used.

Wow, this guy stopped at nothing to achieve his goal 💪 Surely had to work hard to solve the problems with drivers and license. I would have broken down already at the first difficulties 😅

A waste of time 🙄 Why bother installing an outdated OS on a modern laptop? These geeks love to look for problems out of nowhere.

I wonder how long this system will work stably? 🤔 Modern hardware will sooner or later fail under such an old OS. But the installation process itself looks very exciting! 💻

It's a pity that the video doesn't show how to run modern applications on this system 🤔 It would be interesting to see how they work on Windows XP. But what we have is already impressive!

Why do people need these useless things? 🤨 In my opinion, no one needs all these experiments. But if enthusiasts like it, then let them have fun.
