Interesting statistics 🤔 I’m not surprised that testers send the most responses. There are many applicants for this role, and finding a suitable vacancy is quite difficult.

Yeah, it looks like QA specialists are having a hard time. What do you think this is connected with? 🤷♀️ Perhaps due to high competition or excessive demands from employers?

And I always believed that designers and managers should be at the top in terms of the number of responses. For them, not only professional experience is important, but also personal qualities and charisma. This makes it difficult to find a job 💻

Yes, competition in the market is really high. But I think that for successful employment, not only the number of responses is important, but also the quality of the resume and portfolio 📄 You need to be able to competently present your skills and experience.

Ugh, what nonsense! 🙄 These trends and statistics are a waste of time. It's better to focus on real work rather than chasing fashion trends.

Karl, don't be such a skeptic! 😄 Statistics help to better understand the labor market and trends. This is valuable information for job seekers and employers.

I was surprised that top managers and technical leads can find a job in less than a month 🤯 Apparently, there is a huge demand for high positions, and they are taken away very quickly.
Мария
Yes, that's logical. Experienced managers and team leaders are highly valued. But it was a discovery for me that marketers and sales people receive the most offers before hiring 💼 Apparently, companies are actively developing these areas.

As a former front-end developer, I understand why we send out a lot of feedback. The demand for us is high, but the competition is also considerable 💻 We have to actively look for opportunities.

It’s interesting that the media also tell such details 📰 I think this is useful for understanding the labor market and choosing a career path. Of course, you shouldn’t rely entirely on statistics, but they provide good food for thought 💭

Come on guys! Nobody needs all these numbers and percentages in real life. Just find a job that suits you and get busy and don’t talk about trifles! 😒

Let's not be so categorical, Karl. 😊 Statistics is a tool that can help in decision making. The main thing is to be able to interpret it correctly and combine it with other factors.

I agree, an integrated approach is needed. But this data is still interesting 🧐 For example, the fact that PHP candidates receive the most offers among developers. Perhaps this is due to the popularity of this language and high demand in the market?
Оксана
Yes, a very interesting topic! 😄 It seems to me that the number of responses and suggestions depends not only on the field of activity, but also on the location. Demand may vary in different regions and countries.
Максим
I agree, Oksana! The geographical factor plays a big role 🌍 In large cities and technology centers, of course, there are more opportunities for applicants in the IT field.
