Megogo presents its services in Romania
Megogo, a Ukrainian media service, announces its entry into the Romanian market, AIN.UA reports. This is already the fifteenth market where Megogo will provide its services. Currently, the company does not indicate the amount of investment in this new market.
Available services
- Online television with interactive features;
- Library of more than 1000 movies and cartoons, which is constantly updated;
- Two packages to choose from:
- Free package: provides access to a limited number of TV channels;
- Optim TV paid package: at a price of 14.99 lei with a much larger selection of channels (over 100).
Konstantin Pandela will be responsible for the development of Megogo's business in Romania. He has over 15 years of experience as a television business manager in the Romanian television industry. Previously, he cooperated with Romtelecom, Telekom Romania and Orange Romania, which are leading players in the Romanian market.
The Megogo application is already available for download in Romania via Google Play and the App Store, as well as on Smart TV. It will also be available on game consoles in the near future.
A year ago, Megogo started its activities on the Polish market. The office of the company located in Warsaw was headed by Artur Patsula, who previously worked for The Walt Disney Company, Sony Music Poland and Solopan.
