At the heart of the Pilet is the Raspberry Pi 5, which is powered by two batteries with a total capacity of 8000 mAh, which allows the device to operate autonomously for about 7 hours. To effectively dissipate heat, engineers equipped the Pilet with a metal back cover and a fan. The device supports the installation of an NVMe SSD drive and is equipped with a Hailo-8L module that provides artificial intelligence capabilities.
Software and Documentation
Pilet is currently being demonstrated with the Raspberry Pi operating system installed, but the device is compatible with other distributions. The official Soulcircuit website promises to provide a software manual, a hardware manual, and a module manual, but at the time of writing, these documents have not yet been published.
