Wow, HMD Hyper sounds interesting! Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 and 120 Hz OLED are a good combination for the mid-range segment. I wonder how it will compete with other brands? 🤔
Sophie
Liam, I agree! What impressed me the most was the 50MP selfie camera. Finally, manufacturers have paid attention to selfie lovers 😍 Although the 4700 mAh battery is a little small for a modern smartphone, what do you think?

Sophie, 33W fast charging should compensate for the small battery capacity. I'm more interested in how quality the photos from the main camera will be. OIS is good, but a lot depends on the processing.
Emilia
And I love that they were inspired by the Nokia Lumia design! Always loved these phones 💖 I wonder if they will maintain the same build quality?
Hans
Ha, another faceless smartphone. Big frames in 2023? Seriously? And why do you need a 50 MP front camera? To better see your shortcomings? It would be better if they made a normal battery. Marketing, all marketing.

Hans, don't be such a pessimist! Technologies do not stand still. It may not be a perfect smartphone, but progress is evident. Emilia, I agree, the Lumia was great. I hope HMD keeps this legacy alive 👍

And I'm waiting for the price to be announced. If it's competitive, this HMD Hyper could be a hit. Especially considering MicroSD card support - a rarity these days!

Friends, has no one paid attention to 4K@30fps? This is great for this class of devices! I would love to test this camera in action 📸 Maybe HMD will finally release a worthy competitor to the market giants?
