Revolutionary Bachelor of Software Engineering from EPAM and GoIT: The future of IT education in Ukraine
GoIT Neoversity and EPAM join forces to launch an innovative Bachelor of Software Engineering, offering students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and a formal diploma.
Innovative Bachelor of IT
GoIT and EPAM partnership
GoIT Neoversity, together with the leading IT company EPAM, is starting recruitment for the bachelor's program in software engineering. To enter, candidates must pass the NMT or have a valid 2021 ZNO certificate. This information was provided to AIN.UA directly by the organizers of the program.
Terms and conditions of entry
Acceptance of documents started on July 1 and will continue until the 30th of the same month. The program is officially accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for specialty 121 - "Software Engineering". After completing the four-year study course, graduates will receive a Ukrainian bachelor's diploma corresponding to the EQF6 level.
Features of the educational process
GoIT representatives note that starting from the third year of study, all classes will be held exclusively in English. The main emphasis will be placed on work on real projects, which can later become part of the students' portfolio.
Student support and practical orientation
The program provides assistance in completing internships in Ukrainian IT companies. Each student will be assigned a personal "happiness manager" who will accompany him throughout the entire period of study. Instead of a traditional thesis, Neoversity graduates will create their own startup, going through all stages from documentation development to presentation to investors.
Scope and Prospects
At the moment, GoIT Neoversity already has more than 900 students on master's programs. Now the recruitment for the bachelor's degree has also started. The curriculum was developed by EPAM specialists, whose educational initiatives have been successfully implemented in many countries around the world.

Wow, that's really cool! 🎉 EPAM and GoIT jointly launch a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. This is a great opportunity for future IT professionals to get quality education and practical experience. I wonder how many students they plan to recruit?
Markus
Olena, I agree! I was especially interested in the fact that in the third year teaching will be in English. This is very important for an international career in IT. And the opportunity to create your own startup as a thesis is simply fantastic! 💡
Sophie
Sounds very promising! I am attracted to the idea of a happiness manager. I wonder how this will work in practice? 🤔 And another question - will it be possible to work in parallel while studying?
Taras
Sophie, I think there will definitely be an opportunity to work with such a program. Especially if you take into account real projects and internships. This is an ideal opportunity to gain experience while studying! 💪
Giovanni
It all sounds too good to be true. Another hype project that promises mountains of gold. And as a result, a lot of unqualified specialists will be released. It would be better to do something useful. 😒
Olena
Giovanni, I understand your skepticism, but EPAM is a serious company with a good reputation. I think they will not risk their name for the sake of hype. Maybe you should give this project a chance? 🤷♀️
Pierre
And I was interested in the opportunity to get a Ukrainian bachelor's diploma EQF6. That opens the door to work in Europe, doesn't it? 🇪🇺 Does anyone know more about this standard?
Markus
Pierre, yes, EQF6 is a European qualification standard. It can really help with employment abroad. By the way, does anyone know what the tuition is? Because this is also an important factor. 💰
