An interesting list from Bill Gates! No wonder he recommends "Women" about a nurse in Vietnam - working for the benefit of others is true service 💪. I would also add the book "Behind the Line of Fire" by Kevin Thiel - a wonderful story of the service and sacrifice of firefighters.

I love the show "Slow Horses" too! It is not only interesting, but also shows that even those who have made mistakes can continue to serve society. Although they are "slow horses", they do important work 🕵️♂️

Good recommendations, but I'm skeptical about the book Contagious Generosity. It sounds too simple - as if it is enough to read a book and the world will become better 🙄 Philanthropy needs real actions, not just words.

Chris Anderson has researched the impact of the Internet on philanthropy for many years, so his book "Contagious Generosity" is worth a look 📚 He gives real examples of how technology helps unite people for good causes.

Maybe, but I trust personal actions more than books 🧐 If you really want to help, then support local charities in your city or village. Concrete actions are more important than beautiful words.

I love books and series about service and self-sacrifice, because they inspire good deeds 💪 For example, the series "Therapist" is about a military psychologist who helps veterans with PTSD. A very touching story about serving one's neighbor!
