Multimedia capabilities
The new tablets feature stereo speakers at the top and bottom of the body, as well as improved cameras. The main camera has a resolution of 12 megapixels, and the front camera for video calls and selfies has the same high-resolution sensor and is located on the long edge of the body.
One of the key innovations in iPad Air is support for the Apple Pencil Hover feature, previously available exclusively on the iPad Pro line. This will allow you to use the stylus at a new level, adding additional gestures and capabilities.
Compatibility and Pricing
Despite the update, the new iPad Air tablets are compatible with Apple's existing Magic Keyboard accessories designed for the iPad Pro. This provides ease of use and the ability to continue working with existing peripherals.
