According to research, after the pandemic and the transition of a significant number of employees to remote work work, the average cost of commuting to the office has risen sharply. Currently, when companies are encouraging people to return to work, some workers are not ready to pay their own way to the office from personal funds. A survey by recruitment platform Ringover found that 8 out of 10 respondents would be willing to return to the office if their employers paid for their travel. The survey included 1,038 people who work or worked remotely.
