When loading a counterparty price list, RETR response error: 550 | 78
Error loading file with price list via FTP or SFTP protocol. In the "Upload settings" tab, "Price list file" subsection, check the FTP settings.
Common mistakes:- incorrect file path
- a space was added to the login and / or password on the left / right when copying
