As it should be, these are synonyms for attributes. One main and two attached. 
Only one attribute is uploaded to the site. The remaining attributes are properties from different infoblocks that have the same name. In Elbuz, attributes are stored uniquely by name and so that they are not duplicates, synonyms are automatically created.
